I guess it doesn't matter to make this rating now, but I have a long list of other websites where I discussed my review and it still is one of my top-TOP #1 cigars. But as the other posted noted, I WAS picking these up for ~$8/stick and now that it this cigar of the year nonsense, it is now gone up over 50% in price just like that! I has a special stash of 32 year old cohiba cigs that seemed very expensive but now that this has happened, those cohiba's are diffidently worth the extra buck to keep in the humi. So I just ordered more of those 32 year old sticks!!! Sorry oliva, your great but unless your price drops on these, I keep to the incredible 32 year old cohiba's for sure.

Oliva V Series Melanio Figurado
Good stick...that's where it ends though. Had to try the #1 rated for the year. I spent 12 bucks at my local smoke shop. This stick in my opinion is an eight dollar cigar-tops. Don't get me wrong black pepper has always been one of my favorites . However was hoping for a little more complexity than black pepper, which really never showed up. Good burning cigar...again 7 or 8 dollar cigar.
