El Gueguense The Wise Man Corona Gorda Cigars are first release of Foundation Cigar Co. which is a venture of Nicholas Mellilo after being long associated with Drew Estate. This cigar is a Nicaraguan puro which reflects MelliloÕs love for Nicaragua in the name, band and overall taste. The wrapper and binder are both Corojo 99 leaf from Jalapa. The fillers are a mix of Corojo and Criollo from Jalpa and Esteli. These fillers were harvested in 2011 and 2012 and then aged. These cigars are additionally aged in cedar before release making it a well-balanced, elegant puro. The smoke produced is full bodied and full flavoured bearing notes of cedar, spices and sweetness.
