XIKAR Warranty Registration
Simple, because of the Lifetime waranty and because they do cover you up. Here is what you need to do after you buy a Xikar Product.
Xikar Company offers a lifetime warranty on all XIKAR products. So, if you feel that a XIKAR product fails to live up to our promise of fit, finish or function, simply return it to us and we will immediately and cheerfully repair or replace your product under our Lifetime Warranty!
If for any reason you need to return your product, please print and fill out this Consumer Return Form. Include it in the mailing envelope to designate the Return address.
- The Consumer Return Form is used to help process your warranty return quickly when it arrives at our warehouse.

Be sure to include your printed name and complete mailing address, email or phone number & the reason for return (Very important! As we use this information to review every product for quality control). We should have the product returned to you within 3 weeks.
If returning a lighter, it is very important that the lighter is shipped EMPTY of butane fuel. Please bleed the lighter completely before mailing it.
Xikar require that you purchase delivery tracking/ confirmation when sending in a product for replacement.
Should you ever have an issue with your cutter, simply return it to us and we will repair or replace it for you. (Lifetime Guarantee!)
