Excellent cigars, except..
The 6x60 Heritage Special Toro Cigars from Avo are excellent, Medium-Full body cigars...except I didn't receive the Special Toro cigars I had ordered from Cuenca Cigars. They sent me the Regular Toro 6x50. I contacted customer service about this shipping issue. They were very nice and offered to ship the correct order to me, and have me return the cigars I received. I honestly didn't feel like waiting that long, I just asked for the pay difference refund..turns out, for whatever reason, the Special Toro and the standard Toro were listed as the same price online. Thus, no refund for the difference. They apologized for the mix up and said when I order next time, to email them and tell them who I am. That they will send me a gift. But, overall, I still have 20, Premium Avo Heritage Cigars in the humidor!
