Perdomo Habano Bourbon Barrel-Aged Connecticut Robusto Cigars are new invention for the cigar industry. It combines the essence of two most compatible partners, wine and tobacco. Prime Nicaraguan tobaccos from Esteli, Jalapa and Condega, all aged for 4 to 6 years, are used at the base of these cigars. They are encased in an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper which is aged for 6 six years naturally and then left in a charred oak bourbon barrel for six months to soak up all the essence. The final outcome is a marvellous cigar with loads of complexity finely balanced. It delivers a mild to medium bodied smoke that bears rich and creamy notes of cedar, leather and almonds all underlined by a smoky bourbon whisky note.
