Espada by Montecristo Guard Cigars are the premium cigar series born as a result of the joint efforts by Grupo de Maestros and the Plasencia family. It has a balanced blend of long filler leaves carefully chosen from Jalapa, Ometepe, and Condega. Along with the filler sits a Habano Jalapa Vintage 09 binder. These premium components are wrapped using a well aged and enriched Habano Jalapa Vintage 10 wrapper. This gives the cigar a medium to full body and a balanced flavour profile. The Espada by Montecristo Guard Cigars has balanced notes of pepper, leather, wood, coffee, nutmeg and cocoa. The draw on the Espada is smooth and easy and the burn is even.
