Those Aladino cigars are amazing, by the way...I love that old school Corojo and I think they're better than the Camacho and Eiroa branded ones. I have a ton of Habanos in my humidors, but they don't compare to the Eiroa's Corojo!
1947 Aladino 1961 Elegante Cigars are masterpieces from JRE Tobacco Company headed by Julio and Justo Eiroa. These cigars are named after a very famous movie theatre in Danli where they are produced. They pack only authentic Corojo tobaccos grown in the Eiroa family farms in Honduras. The cigar produced is medium in body profile with rich notes of earth, spices, pepper, caramel, fruits and natural tobaccos. The smoke is very much reminiscent of classic, old world Cuban cigars of 1947 to 1961 era. The construction of these premiums is also remarkably good leading to a perfect burn and draw. They are making headlines since their release and the critics are also all praises for them. The Elegante is 7 x 38 in sizes and come in artfully designed boxes of 20.
