Opus X Scorpio Maduro Flavors
The first third starts off with a distinctive black pepper flavor, along with notes of toast, barnyard, and dark bitter chocolate. The flavors of this unique Fuente cigar are strong and bold to begin, and the strength is fairly high for the first inch or so in as well.
Through the second third the cigar shifts and becomes an entirely different thing. There is a presence of herbal notes but nothing too spicy or peppery. The bitter chocolate from before makes a comeback, now with some earth tones while remaining medium strength in body.
Toward the end of the second third, pepper, dark chocolate and earth flavors returned but in a different way. The strength also dramatically increased with each puff until it became full by the time you stop smoking it.
